Crispy ants samoosas. No refund, no customer service

Crispy ants in the mince samoosas. Bought 6, the first 3 had ants, looked like greens. I tried calling gorimas Pavillion 5 times, no answer. I called head office "customer service" sumeiya wasn't much help. Not once was a sorry offered. Eventually the store supervisor called me and offered a refund. I went back a few days ago and the staff look confused. Phoning the supervisor, phoning head office, talking about me as I stood and waited like an idiot. 15 minutes later I left the store with no refund. Even sent a whatsapp message to the number, read and ignored. Clearly incompetence reigns supreme at Gorimas
