Charged for items not purchased and Poor Service

On Sunday 31/07/10, visited the Gorimas store at Pick n Pay Hyper, Durban North. Staff is completely disinterested in assisting. Tried to enquire about a product from a staff member who was on her cellphone, without lifting her head up she called for another person to assist me. After establishing that they did not have the size of Masala I was looking for, they failed to mention they could mix up a batch for me. Continued shopping and enquired about a product from another staff (who also happened to be my cashier at checkout) she ignored me until she had finished looking for something and then responded. At the checkout counter I also asked for samoosas (3 potato for R10 and 3 mince the price of which I was unsure). The cashiers attitude was distasteful, she seems completely unhappy to be there and does not carry out her duties properly. I have had 2 previous experiences with the same cashier and have even witnessed a manager reprimanding her in front of customers. Upon paying for my items and returning home I looked at my receipt and realised I was charged R29.99 extra for a product listed as Misc Item which I had not even purchased. Do all customers shopping at Gorimas now have to check their receipts to ensure they are not being charged for things not purchased? This kind of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. I expect a full refund for the amount for which I was overcharged. In the meanwhile I will no longer be shopping at that particular branch.
