Bad customer service from the money

Last night went to gorimas in Ballito junction mall around 6: 38, when I got there ,entered the shop security guard gave me his owner attitude an walk pass the manager asked me so rude " are buying" I said yes.she told we already cashup but the store it not closed.It not even 7:00 and I was never served I felt very disappointed . By the way they treat me as customer. I asked my what she teaching her employees . When they first open this store the old staff wasn't not like that
