I have placed my order with Gorgeousyou online shopping via their website on 16 October, followed up weekly via emails. Their delivery terms on their website clearly states 10 days max. Its 4 weeks later and have still not received my order. The last response via email from them is that they are awaiting custom clearance and will keep me posted. The landline number that appears on their website does not belong to them either and the mobile number that they tell you to use for placing orders etc. via WA, is also not opperational. I requested a refund should they not deliver my parcel last week, up to date, still no response.
