NOT SO GORGEOUS SERVICE

I feel like Gorgeous furniture SA has ****med me of my money I paid for the items I ordered in full including delivery fee & it has been over a month & I have not received the ordered items & I when I call & whatsapp them nobody is giving me straight answers. At first they **** about having sent items via courier but could not issue me with any tracking details or proof to that extent... It's a different story every time & "THE MANAGER IS NEVER THERE" according to the staff. I have demanded a refund but nobody is responding to my querries anymore & I am just being ignored. I JUST WANT MY REFUND SINCE THEY FAILED TO DELIVER THE ITEMS I ORDERED & THEY ARE NOW SEEMINGLY PLAYING HIDE & SEEK ????
