Gordonia Motors Upington giving fals information on there vehicles

Last Friday on the 8th of Feb I had an accident with my Chev Utility Bakkie. We when through an brick wall and the airbags didn't go off. I called Gordonia Motors in Upington but he didn't want to hear about it and he told me the vehicle need to be hit at an certain angle so the airbags can work. I told him we went through a brick wall at 60 kilometers per hour what more do day want, some of the airbags are so sensitive if you hit the steering wheel to hard it goes of. Can you guys help me? My vehicle was write off after the accident so that means the impacted was very very hard. A piece of the brick wall almost went through the window. What would have happened to my mother and me if that went through, there were an safety problem with the bakkie. The airbags are there for our safety and we didn't feel safe at all.

Can we do something about it or are Gordonia Motors Upington gonna sell more vehicles to customers giving them false information.
