Wrong !

It is one of the most appalling experiences I have ever had and it saddens me to write this but I am left no choice as this estate agency has yet to let me have the entry or exit inspection lists with supporting photographs but I have handed keys back 7 days ago , I have requested this 3 times as they are holding back the part of my deposit still owed to me - no reason's given to me as to why. This is surely not the way to do business - All I want is to move on as I have moved out...........
