I am extremely disappointed with this complex’s garden service. The person I dealt with was rude and completely unwilling to help. Despite the fact that I pay levies every month, they outright refused to do my yard with no reasonable explanation, stating my gate is locked when it isnt.

The attitude was unprofessional, and the service was shocking. Residents are paying for garden maintenance, yet when assistance is needed, it’s simply denied. This is unacceptable and feels like a complete waste of money.

Overall, the service is terrible, unhelpful, and poorly managed. I would not recommend this garden service to anyone expecting basic professionalism or value for money.
