First off there should be option to give them ZERO stars they dont even deserve 1 .

Been more than 5 weeks now, after RMA and i have no camera , no eta for replacement . Support is a joke. I have raised 4 different tickets , messaged them on Twitter / Facebook / Created forum question and still no closer to getting a response.
