Gopro don't give a ...

After my Gopro's suction cup failed on the freeway and my gopro was crushed by oncoming traffic, I wanted to get in touch with customer care to see if there was anything we could do to make amends to this lousy situation. I tried multiple times to get through to support and always got the same message. I left my number for the callback option. That was nearly a week ago. No call back. Nothing. Doesn't really encourage me to buy another Gopro. Clearly they don't care about their customers anymore.
