bad customer services

My fridge broke and its still under warranty I contacted Ew warranty and told them my door is broken totally came off the hinge. I am no fridge expert assuming its the hinges Vaksha Governder bluntly point out to me on warranty where they don't cover hinges and not caring enough to send someone out to verify if it is the hinges. She simply is not interested in the matter. I struggled whole week with a fridge which is still under warranty and decided to call someone in and have a look my costs is comes up to R1000 and I was told its not my hinges at all but my doors. I do not find any where in contract where u don't cover the doors. I find that Ew warranty simply don't care about their warranty customers or else they would've send someone out to check. My groceries have gone to waist and I'm forking out money on an appliance that is covered by Ew warranty, but what does it matter. Its easier to take customers money than dealing with queries at hand. My advice to all game and Dionwired customers don't take out extended warranties you basically giving money away to spineless people like Vaksha Governder who just don't give a damn about your situation.I will take it further.
