Well known "builder" ***** for de*****ing innocent consumers...DON'T USE GOOSAIN BENJAMIN

This is one of many warnings on Hello Peter referencing Azma Construction and Goosain Benjamin. DON'T USE THIS GUY!!! I saw the previous hello peter complaint against this guy. He explained it away and sold me on how he wants this project to be a reference to for his work going forward, I thought there's no way he can de***** me, especially now that his reputation is on the line. Boy was I wrong! I gave him every opportunity to re mediate the situation but he does not have the ability to comprehend the impact of his actions. And he is just plain USELESS!

- He squandered the budget without paying for deposits then proceeded to take a long holiday over December, clearly on my hard earned cash. - He claimed he was registered with the Master Builders Association - they confirmed in email to me that his registration lapsed due to non-compliance. He is just a sorry excuse for a human being... I pity him.
