Practically called me a **** and has bad Attitude

I visited Goolam Sports in Rondebosch on Friday 08-01-2016 to purchase school uniform for my daughter. When I arrived home I discovered that they did not have the school badge embroidered on to the cardigan (which I paid for) so I called the store to explain and was practically called a **** and was told that it is impossible that there is no badge on, I explained to him that I have the cardigan and looking at it there is no badge but he was adamant that what I was saying is untrue, like the store is not able to make a mistake and miss sewing a badge on a garment. The guy was extremely rude to me that I had to remind him that I was the client. I am shocked at this kind of behavior! Appalled, disgusted! Sales people with no people skills
