Pathetic customer service Vodacom and Google

A week ago made a purchase on Google play.. R334 was deducted from my airtime but never received what a purchased!!! On Google play and vodacom app reported incident and got no replys vodacom shows transaction but google play there no transaction.. it show from both so send a email to customer care vodacom and they recon google must sort it out. worst service ever..
