How do I trust google play store if you have apps taking money from you with no concequences

I have downloaded an app Paid online surveys. On your refund instructions which is not user friendly at all. You have to go through abut 3 screens and still do not know exactly what to do, you mentioned that we need to contact the developer which I tried. ***. Which I did. His/her email address does not work. On this app they ask you 3 times to pay in an amount before you can get you winnings. In my case the winning s is R42 875. Of course you are interested. The first amount was R127 to be paid to enable you to register. The you had to Pay R200 and again R207. A total of R534 was paid. And guess what after paying that amount of money they app again ask you to pay a further amount something about tax. This is were I stopped and realize that this is clearly a ****. Please advise how can I get a refund of my R534 . This might not seem much to every one for me this is a lot of money and then clearly this developer should be flagged for developing such apps that take innocent people money and give them back more trouble then what they suppose to get. Is there no more honest apps. Can people no longer trust anyone or anything. Your feedback will be gladly appreciated.
