Google Playstore is Overcharging me and I want my money bac****

So recently it was brought to my attention that Google playstore, has been overcharging me on my Netflix subscription, as someone with an entry level job I have estimated that as of April 2018 till today, my overcharges amount to over R600 and this money could be of huge benefit to me. I tried to log a complaint on the app but I have constantly been receiving a notification saying that the helpline is currently offline. If someone at google play store can urgently get back to me I will highly appreciate it.
