Google playstore is one big ****

i am disgusted by this company. someone used my account to buy a app on google playstore and they refuse to refund me my R1549

i requested a refund and they flat out refused to assist.

now i am closing my bank account and they are inconveniencing me so much. i am beyond disgusted.
