Google play unfair and ridiculous policies

So yes admittedly I made a mistake by using a business email as personal, but I had every reason to believe that I would not move email address ever again. Unfortunately, it happens that I am leaving the organization where I am who chose to run their email service through google. As a result of my leaving the organization, I am losing the use of this particular email address, naturally. Well, I lawfully in my own name, using my own money and bank cards purchased movies for my own personal usage on google play movies.

When I requested the content to be transferred, I was informed that this is not possible and the agents helping you are just repeating the msg no matter how you try to indicate the legitimacy of the request. I requested as an alternative a refund. The refund has also been denied. This is my view is equal to theft! It's the same as me living in a house and purchasing a physical DVD and then having to move to another house and the retailer coming to collect the DVD I purchased because Im not at the original address anymore. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

I completely agree with copyright laws, hence the reason I chose to lawfully purchase the movies instead of downloading movies *******ly. I understand the rights of the artists and the production companies, but as part of that arrangement, I get the usage right administered by Google. Well not anymore!

Google with all its resources and manpower, could surely have developed a process whereby verifying the transfer is still the same physical person as the original one that made the purchase and then canceling the access to the content of the original account. In order to ensure no copyright laws are infringed! I find this absolutely pathetic that they expect users to accept this, because they have a policy that states this.

This process is not fair to the consumer, regardless of the disclaimers ones have to sign, we signed them in the first place to get the right to use the purchase, never thinking one would be in the situation, where you need to rely on the fairness of an organization such as google!
