Google Play Theft

Google play took my money and did not give me my purchased item.

The item was purchased by accident, moments later I requested a refund.

I was denied a refund for no reason.

I have still not received the purchased item however the money was deducted from my account.

I want a refund or the purchased item.

This is theft and I will not let it stand!
