Google play store stole money and no human contact is available to resolve

I have been using Google play store for many years and have never had a problem until now.. The Friday 13 November 2020 vodacom crash.... As soon as vodacom connect to internet... My bank account was cleared by google play store transactions more than 10 in a few seconds.... I was on line with my bank ***** line will this is happening in front of my and opperators eyes..... Eventually the bank stoped the tansactions... But only to hear her say... Mam I see u use this Google play store regularly and due to this we will not be refunding or investigate the issue... You have to take this up with Google play store.... So i went and tried to get in contact with Google play store with no success... After many hours of only scroling through the limited options over and over... Some how i had a option to get a complaint and ref nr... Also no possible options to speek ta a human.. Only computer set options and none is my problem to be able to set any were. And wit hte notice that they wil respond in 12 days... It is now 27th November and I can not find any responce or complaint lodged or human to speek to.... This is very upsetting due to my end of mnth is around corner and there ia no money in my account to make payments due to this.... How so i get in touch with a human on Google play store?
