Google Play store, PayPal and FNB partnership is Misleading

Google is letting it's customers down, I downloaded some games that were backed by PayPal. I firstly googled Paypal and was convinced by the fact they are linked to FNB, a reputable bank. Only to discover that, it was all a ****. Come pay time, no movement. I then contacted Paypal, which too is a reputable product, who then indicated that these games and cashouts were ****. My question is, why continue allowing your brand to be associated with such dealings. No answer from PayPal. I would like to know as well, if FNB is aware of their associate's, misleading dealings? If they are, what are they doing about it as FNB to us SA customers is a never ending carrot, misleading us as customers.
