Google Play *****ing money

Google play wont refund a same day purchase.

Today the 8th of March, I made an accidental purchase and within minutes I requested a refund. However my refund was denied with no reason given.

Furthermore I did not receive the purchased item.

As it stands now, I've lost R1500 and have nothing to show for it. I've requested multiple refunds only to get this email response back...see below.

"Hi, We received your refund request of ZAR 1,499.99 for 14,500 PokéCoins (Pokémon GO), Transaction ID GPA.***, but we can't provide a refund for this purchase because it doesn't meet our policy. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

In closing I think it's wrong that I should suffer a R1500 loss for an innocent mistake anyone could make.
