Google play card wallet ****

I wanted to use my phone to purchase items using the tap payment method, I googled and came across Cards mobile wallet.i followed all the prompts and gave all my card details to activate not knowing this a weekly charge of R259 , they have debited 3 times from my account , I have never used that app.I requested a refund and was told that due to refund policy they will not reimburse me.I find that insulting and arrogant to reply ,read our refund policy as we cannot refund you.
