Google charging my account for unauthorized purchases

I'm very dissappointed at Google they charged me for unauthorized purchases I did not approve.Anything I buy via google I always authenticate and also an approval will be requested from my banking app and none of that happened anf they are refusing to refund my money!!!!!!! As big as tgry are but they are not following processes and they're being sneaky whivh is **********!!!!!!
