Disappointing Experience and Lack of Customer Service

I recently purchased a book two weeks ago, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Here are the key issues I encountered: I requested a refund for a book just one hour after the purchase. Shockingly, there is no record of my purchase in the system. As a customer, this is incredibly frustrating. How can a transaction disappear without a trace? It leaves me questioning the reliability of the platform. Even after acknowledging my refund request, there has been no progress. I still haven't received my money back. This lack of urgency and transparency is disappointing.
