Bad app!!! & service

Downloaded the Windy.app on my phone from playstore, and paid R 200 for the year to use the pro version for fishing purposes. Now all of the sudden the swell Meter, period is not working on the app anymore.

I've already send an email *** but they keep on responding telling me they are busy working on the problem its been 5 days already. Paying for an app that is not working is very dissapointing & frustrating.
