A nightmare, DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR BANK DETAILS

Debited R779 from my account and refuse to refund me stating its not a valid reason to request a refund, when accidental purchase is clearly listed on their refund request options. There's no detailed explaination provided, no further contact, i can't even use whatever i was deducted money for. I have sent countless emails and i keep receiving the same std robotic response, theres no number to call worst customer service ever.
