Laerskool Primary school in Roodeport RUDE Receptionist

I called in at the Laerskool Primary to make an enquirer for my two kids going to Grade 1 next year.

A Receptionist answered and told me that " i should listen to the news" if i want to register my kids , what kind of crazy rude behavior is that?? As a parent that works Monday - Friday i dont have time to go searching for schools hence i call in for info , all i needed for her is to do is to give an expected time of admissions and not answer ******* coming from her thick headed brain.

If she gave such attitude over the Phone only God knows what they capable of doing to our kids while we not around.

Please can you kindly train your staff members on etiquette telephonic answering and behavior.

very disappointed indeed !!!
