ONLINE ADVERTISING

Pay the business to advertise from Jan 2020. Received an email in Feb 2020 that they will only start advertising again on 03 Mar 2020. They don't answer the phone, the don't answer the emails. Can't get hold of them and the advert is incorrect as I've asked them a number of times via WhatsApp, Facebook and email to correct it. Before we paid, the lady was in constant contact with myself, now... no reaction.
