Google ads total ****

I had an ad for google ads, stating that I had a voucher for a certain amount to use. I went to the site to use it, and when I was setting up my ad, I was told by the help desk, that I have to have an account first, and that this voucher could only be used in my second months billing. I agreed to do this, and then he said he would call me to set everything up. After waiting 30 minutes, I received an email saying he had internet connection problems and couldnt call me, but sent me questions to fill out and asked what time he could call me today. I sent back the answered questions, and gave him the time, never heard anything back from him. After reviewing the other reviews about google ads, I now believe its a blessing. Would never consider advertising with such a *****ulant **** company. I also took a look at their reviews on Trustpilot, the exact same thing.
