Google Ads partners in crime?

Google ads seem to be complicit in running ads for ********. Notably Manicaa, Karibaa and Reliable Store. See their reviews on here for full proof. I have relentlessly written to Google Ads to take action and remove the ads for these sites and have never had a reply, and STILL those sites are advertised and sucking money from unwary online buyers. Partners in crime? I think so. Their income is more important than online shopper's safety!
