Google Ads is a ****

I clicked on an ad promising a R600 credit when signing up. I never received said credit. While signing up, I selected that I would only be charged for clicks that convert to calls. I have received zero calls according to Google reports on the ad campaign, but I am being charged anyhow. Google ads are a *******. I have searched the products that I supposedly advertise on Google from an internet Cafe, and my ad isn't even listed.
