Goodwill Solution is purpose delayed Sanlam payment on purpose

Goodwill Solutions has deliberately delayed Sanlam’s payment. They haven’t contacted me in 20 years. Sanlam needs the ROT for the payout, which GWS received on 29 September but ignored. After I contacted Sanlam, I learned GWS caused the delay. Now that they see I’m getting the payout, they suddenly want to sell me something. When I mentioned moving to another company, the consultant further delayed things by referring me to another broker.
