WARNING TO THE PUBLIC - GOODRICH AUCTIONEERS

I contacted Raymond in March 2015 to collect furniture that we wanted to sell, he confirmed that they will pay me as soon as the furniture were sold and that they charge a collection fee of R800.00 and a 10% commission fee on the goods sold. After the first auction in March 2015 I contacted him and he confirmed that they sold some of the furniture. I then enquired about the payment due to me and since then he has been ignoring my emails/calls. He is not responding to any of my communications. I have contacted an attorney and they advised that I should either open a case of theft against them or alternatively obtain a letter of demand as Raymond is in breach of our contract. WARNING TO THE PUBLIC - NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY ARE EAGER TO COLLECT AND SELL BUT THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY YOU ONCE THE SALE HAS BEEN CONCLUDED, ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC , I NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM THEM.
