Bad service

I am very disappointed with the service that I got today at the Goodluck Store in Nongoma next to FNB Shop. They made me feel bad about the product that I got when I got to the counter to pay for it. They shouted me and gave me bad attitude. I felt sad because they come to my work everyday to bank and we never treated them badly. Please improve your service Goodluck Store.
