Misleading advertising?

I have requested and received lab reports but no indication of CBD content on the reports. I have again requested lab reports indicating the claimed CBD content in the product, and still waiting, seems my request is being ignored. Now would it be because no report available with the data regarding CBD content or is it a case of misleading advertising? How can they print " water soluble CBD10mg" per can and then not be able to supply a lab test report from a certified laboratory to indicate the actual CBD content in the product?
