PLASTIC FOODS WITH DISGUSTING ATTITUDES

I have purchased a packet of popcorn at Pick n Pay Capricorn Park. When opening up the product I got a weird smell, more like plastic, I took a bite of the popcorn and tasted the exactly the same way it smelled. Just a reminder I have purchase this popcorn before and this would be the second time buying this popcorn with the same problem.

I have contacted the company and was told the manager wasn't available, as it was month end. the call was logged at 27/11/17 at 8am. I asked Badronesia to asked the manager to contact me at 9am. Just after 10am I asked to speak to the Manager and was told she is not available again.28/11/17 I tried calling early in the morning once again and was told that the manager once again was to busy to take my call, i finally wanted to speak to the owner and was told he wasnt in the office, phones was slammed in my face, when trying to contact them again manager in the background commenting that she doesnt wanna speak to me. While finally getting some response the phone was once again slammed in my face. Owner finally contacted me and told me that I have to put it behind me and lets start off fresh.

this is no longer about the popcorn its all about disgusting customer service I received. This is disrespectful and ********* . Mr Sayed ***ner) i hope you realise how this really reflects on your business.
