This is not customer service!

I have for many years been taking a multivitamin supp**** by Goodhealth. Recently I have been having problems getting their product and was advised by retailers that this product was no longer available from the supplier - Goodhealth (https://www.goodhealthsa.co.za/). I submitted a query via their website, but received no response. I then sent an e-mail to their head office in New Zealand, but again no response. This is not customer service!
