This month we called hoping to go on vacation with my wife, and we placed a booking for a 3 day vacation at durban Tropicana hotel gooderson.we were assisted by this Indian lady who was very rude and arrogant,she cant explain a simple procedure of why our money is debited cause we choose pay later in our booking.i will never ever place a booking with gooderson anymore,they must remove her she lacks telephonic skills mxm.
