Worst service ever

Worst service I have ever received. Their consultants are full of lies.i am struggling to get my refund but it was easy for them to debit from my account. They keep on saying they made a transition into my account a month back but they are not telling the truth. I even went to my bank to consult but they saying nothing was paid into my account. This is so annoying and I keep on sending them emails and calling but they don't take me.
