Worst service at dinner

Slow and uncaring. 30 minutes for roast mushroom starter. 20 min for a coffee. My colleagues also complained and staff felt we being unreasonable with no desire to improve service. Entire company delegation unhappy and we have asked for us and stakeholders to consider being booked elsewhere next time.
