Tropicana Gooderson Hotel

I'm very upset with the treatment I've been getting from Tropicana gooderson hotel.I booked the hotel for a stay in July and I could not go through with staying because of lockdown regulations.I then cancelled the booking on 16/04/2020 which included free cancellation.Been trying to get my refund ever since and I'm given one excuse after the other,I've sent the bank statement and the form they required but I'm still not getting any help.The money I have spent on calls and emails ever since has probably exceeded the amount of refund.On 21/09/2020 I called and they ensured me that my refund will be going through on 23/09/2020.Today is the 25/09/2020 and there is still no sign of me getting my money back.
