Theft

Within 2 hours after checking in at the hotel my phone was ******. I went to the beach for 30min to take pictures when i got back my phone was missing, before i went to the beach i left my phone charging on the kitchen counter, when i got back it was not there. When i reported the matter to the hotel management the said there's nothing they can do, i checked in on the 26 of August 2017 checked out on 28 of August 2017 and still the was nothing they could do. The hotel is not save , how can my phone get ****** whereas my room was locked?
