The worst hotel of all time

This is not a 3 star hotel. Breakfast average, outdoors is above average, hotel rooms stink, carpet is dirty, tv is poor quality, wifi non existence. Mobile network unavailable for 3 days. Kids breakfasts cost not included in initial booking( I need partial refund. This overrated and its false advertising. Toilets are not up to standard( it's smells extremely badly). The manager did not do anything about it and he just walked away. There was no electricity for one day. The roofs are leaking. You pay so much for such bad hotel. We will not recommend anyone to go this hotel and will not go there again. Firstly it's not a 3 star resort. I would rate it as a one star hotel. What you see on the website and when you get there is totally different. We booked 3 twin rooms in the hotel for 4 nights. All the 3 rooms were smelling extremely bad. Water was leaking through the ceiling. The place is not maintained at all. Its falling apart. We had no electricity for two days due to the electricity box outside the room not working. The TV in all the rooms were shattering. No Aircons. When my dad approached the manager he was not interested and just walked away. Staff at reception not friendly.

No warning signs in the rooms about the ******s. They have a petting zoo with goats. The goats were attacking my kids with their heads with no warning signs outside the gates. The cold water pool was green. When we booked through booking.com we included breakfast. When we got there they said my children had to pay for the breakfast but was all inclusive in the package. This place is a ripoff. I will never be going back.
