i booked for 5 days stay on their website and paid the required deposit. I got the confirmation via emails but the payment was not captured. I called them and i was told that it will show after a day. Two weeks later, it is still a case. i called numerous times, send emails with proof of payment attached but no response from their side, the last call i made to their reservation, i was told that they do not have such a booking . Can you imagine the frustration! hotels are fully booked already and my kids were looking forward to the holiday. I want all the money i paid, they can keep their hotel and **** other people. i will not rest until i get my money back. Beware of this business, think twice before you book with them!
