Refund

I cancelled my booking 3 days after booking on 4 September 2018. I was told cancelltion was free because my trip was for November 2018. I sent to them the documents they wanted from me to process the refund. I was taken from pillar to post, up to today 15 January 2019 i havent received my refund. They take people for a ride and need to be exposed for the ****** they are.
