Poor services

regretted joining this club we also never received our welcome pack. Now it's my second year since I have joined and everytime i try to book they tell us about how full they are due to school holidays so my question is so are they basically saying we must only take holiday when it's not school holidays and are they also saying our kids are not suppose to be part of or holiday because schools will be open and they must go to school. I have asked so many time how do one cancel the contract and no one responded. The service is so bad. It doesnt matter when u book I always get fully book from reshma. We dont get statements we know nothing if the is changes or what or if they increase a levy we must also call them and ask if we can get a statement and guess what you will wait until u are purple in face you will never get it.
