No hot water for my entire stay!!

<p>I checked into this place on the 3rd of July at 3-30pm.</p> <p>When I tried to shower at 7pm ,there was no hot water. </p> <p>I complained to reception the morning of the 4th.</p> <p>By the evening, once again there was no hot water.</p> <p>It's now the 5 th and still no hot water-based unbelievable!!! </p> <p>There is no manager available, no explanation or anything !?!</p> <p>This is ridiculous?! What a waste of money!!! </p>
