holiday voucher feedback

on the 01/11/2014 I received a complimentary voucher for a discounted holiday and I have communicated with a gooderson agent named Michelle Govender between Nov 2014 and Jan 2015 and fro then I haven't had any communique with regards to my voucher no: GVC 00801. I feel I need answer because I always get promised to be contacted but to no avail. kindly help
