Gooderson Leisure slogan "Timeshare – Holidays For LIFE" - You definitely do have it for Life!!

<p>I am very disappointed with Gooderson Leisure. I was mislead by a very convincing and aggressive sales agent and signed up in 2006. I have never used my Timeshare in Mtunzini as every time I have attempted to do so, I am told the resort is fully booked, or I my book my own unit before June, or I must bank my unit. I then loose the points because I don’t use them or friends get the benefit. I pay a levy for the timeshare annually, RCI annual fee, exchange fee, lose my points and then I pay for a holiday to go where I really want to go? It's an absolute waste of money and this should have been mentioned when the timeshare was sold?!</p> <p>Gooderson does not even respond to my complaints despite me threatening to take my grievances to social media. I keep getting levy statements or notices to pay soonest though starting in January every month and every month interest and now I have apparently been handed over.</p> <p>All I want to do is cancel my membership for which I have never received anything and they can at least respond to my calls or emails and with respect not an attitude.</p>
